Reeds, Keys and Electronics

Kate and Jack perform as a duo – they mix their own new music, improvisation with arrangements of traditional songs and other influences – a performance with Indian and foot pump harmoniums/keys, clarinets and electronics/pedals, with spoken word and singing. Both from Cumbria and based there in the Eden Valley and South Lakes, the duo also explore dialects and include fresh material and from where they are visiting. Expect Dowland, Strozzi, traditional song arrangements, with sampling/field recording and original works from Kate and Jack.
