Seven Ages of MAM is an intimate, relevant, laugh-out-loud funny yet poignant one woman show in which a mother talks directly to the audience, reminiscing about her life as a woman, a daughter and a mother and reflecting on what has or has not changed across the generations vis a vis the role of women & mothers in society. It premiered at Brighton Fringe 2019. It has not been seen by audiences in Ireland outside of work in progress showings and short form previews prior to it’s premiere. This play is more relevant than ever in 2021. 

An entertaining, thought-provoking, funny and moving exploration of the universal themes of motherhood, sexuality, grief, infidelity, ageing, equality, love, lust and loneliness. A contemporary reimagining of Shakespeare’s most famous “all the world’s a stage” soliloquy –  but from Mam’s point of view.
