This warm-hearted and entertaining journey in story and music to the peaceful land of Laos, South-East Asia is told by Rachel Clarke from a Scottish perspective, and through Hatphasay from German or European viewpoint. The performers engage the audience in the stories, using puppetry, songs, music and even an optional dance for everyone at the end.
The show is in English. The trailer is the German language trailer, as the show first toured Germany, but it is subtitled in English.

It is suitable for audiences from 12 upwards. The show is entertaining and light-hearted, but with the stories still reflect the societal context in which they happened.

It also suitable for an adult audience interested in local, community or historical issues.

Rachel Clarke is experienced in moderating audience story sharing on a diverse range of related topics – and can include travel & tourism, stories on the climate or rural / urban divide. She ran a community arts programme in Laos for 5 years with villagers and with youth in schools.
