This show is based on the popular podcast ‘Burns Banter’ which takes a fresh look at the life and works of Robert Burns. There are two series of Burns Banter available, (completely free), with a third in the making. The first series looks at individual poems and songs, explains the thoughts behind the poems, talks about the people and places in them and sometimes even tells you why Robert wrote them. The second series goes through Roberts life from birth to death, giving insights into his life long struggles and victories.
