SAVED

SAVED is a playful journey through sound, featuring rescued 70s home organs, cassettes, a turntable, AM radios, and a modified whisk. Graeme transforms everyday objects into instruments, blending familiar and unexpected sounds. The show asks, “Is this music, noise, or just sound?” Audiences are invited to relax as sonic textures wash over them, blurring the lines between music and noise.

Children are welcome and generally find the show engaging. Graeme is an experienced performer for younger audiences, creating a relaxed and family-friendly atmosphere.

The experience includes pre-show touch tours for visually impaired audience members and a post-show Q&A, where attendees are invited onstage for a closer look at the instruments.

SAVED earned a Made in Scotland award at the 2021 Fringe (presented as a film due to COVID). In 2022, Graeme self-produced a full season at ZOO Southside to “run in” the show and test the stability of the stage tech rig.

After a break in 2023, SAVED resumed touring in 2024, with performances at the Findhorn Bay Festival and the newly reclaimed Leslie Town Hall.
