Developed in Partnership with Spot On Lancashire and featured at the NRTF Conference in Blackpool 2024, After Supper Ghost Stories is a robust reading of these increasingly absurd Ghost Stories, told by an increasingly unreliable, (drunk) narrator.

A two part evening with an abridged reading; “Like Jackanory for grown ups.”; in the first half and following an interval a sharing and Q&A combination of other ghost stories and the audiences spooky experiences. A riotous conversation has never not happened.

Following a performance at Pound Arts in Corsham, Wiltshire, I was invited by Pound to take the show on a Wiltshire Rural Arts tour. And the show has light touch toured in 24 and then again Autumn/Winter 25.

Designed for 14+ because of the wordy nature of the piece and the representation of seriously unhealthy levels of drinking… The show is a perfect companion piece to “Ghastly Stories for Gruesome Gremlins…” my 7+ Family friendly ghost story show designed a chilly winters night.

The second half is led by often raucous conversations with the audience concerning their own ghostly experiences with added “real” ghost stories from me and as much as possible the local area…

No ghosts have been harmed in the making of this show.
