We do our best to ensure that our site is available for your use but We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or be uninterrupted. We may suspend or withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will try to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors and for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Except as may be permitted in accordance with our End User Licence Agreement for use of our Tourbook software application which we make available to subscribers, our site must not be framed on any other site, nor may you create a link to any part of our site other than the home page.

  • contain any material which is defamatory of any person;
  • contain any material which is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;

These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation, are governed by Scots law. You and We both agree that the courts of Scotland will have exclusive jurisdiction.

"TOURBOOK" and the “TOURBOOK” logo are unregistered trade marks of Tourbook CIC. You are not permitted to use them without our approval, unless they are part of material you are using as permitted under the ‘How you may use material on our site’ section above.
