tourbook.live is owned and operated by Tourbook CIC ('we', 'us', 'our').

When you register to use Tourbook we collect information that you give us to use our Tourbook Platform and to allow us to perform our services this includes:

  • help ensure that our customers are genuine and to prevent fraud;

If you upgrade to a paid product we will also collect information including:

  • provide you with a refund.

In respect of content which you make available on the Tourbook Platform, you are aware that other third parties (including other Tourbook users) will be able to access such content including information which may be personal.

In addition, we may permit relevant third parties to access and use the Tourbook Platform for their own business purposes and this may involve such third parties having access to statistical information, which may be aggregated or non-aggregated, and may include information relating to you.

Other information we collect because we have legitimate business interests, for example, in:

  • understanding how our customers use our services and websites;
  • understanding and responding to customer feedback;
  • researching and analysing the services our customers want;
  • improving our services;
  • understanding the type of services our customers buy and how they use them;

  • providing security over our business and who we trade with; or
