Travel to Mull can be time-consuming as we are reliant on ferries. Ferry timetables are available from www.calmac.co.uk, and ferries run from Kilchoan (Ardnamurchan) to Tobermory, from Lochaline to Fishnish, or the large ferry from Oban to Craignure. If you are travelling from Oban to Craignure, please book well in advance, as the ferry can get booked up quickly in the tourist season. Please also note that ferries may be cancelled in poor weather. Ferry prices for cars and foot passengers are very reasonable, but please note that prices for larger vehicles such as vans can be quite significant.
Venue Directions
An Tobar is located on Argyle Terrace in the centre of Tobermory. From the ferry port at Craignure, turn right and follow the Salen Road until you reach Tobermory. Take the first exit at the roundabout then turn immediately right. Follow Breadalbane Street to its end then turn right onto Erray Road. The An Tobar parking area is immediately on your right.
